BT price changes from 16/09/08

Received a letter this morning notifying of following price changes:-
Mobile saver - 7.7ppm anytime (currently 9ppm day/5ppm eve)
call setup for non-inclusive calls increase from 6p to 7p
1471 call return - change from 7.5p to 10p per use
1571 call return - change from 7.5p to 10p per use
1571 - £1 a month or £3 a quarter if don't make 2 calls a month (if monthly billed) or 6 a qtr if qtr billed.
ringback - change from 15p to 30p
reminder call - change from 20p to 30p
3 way calling - change from 50p to 60p

Time has moved on (much quicker than it used to - or so it seems at my age) and my previous advice on residential telephony has been or is now gradually being overtaken by changes in the retail market. Hence, I have now deleted links to my previous 'pearls of wisdom'. I sincerely hope they helped save some of you money.0
