Minimum Monthly Payment or Pay Balance in Full?

I'm trying to rebuild my credit after a few mishaps and have my first credit card on its way in 9 years. I'm familiar with credit reports and what they show. My question is:
Will the credit card company review my accounts credit limits more often if I clear the balance in full or if I pay the minimum amount? The latter means they'll earn interest, but do they see that as a good thing or not?
Is it shown as just a '0' - as in 'paid on time' on my credit file either way?
I just want to do the most efficient and effective things to get my credit rating back to being acceptable... so do I pay in full or monthly minimum?
Any opinions welcome. Thanks.

I think it is better to do this for free - without paying interest and loosing up to 60 days interest-free period on purchases (this happens if you don't pay balance in full).I just want to do the most efficient and effective things to get my credit rating back to being acceptable... so do I pay in full or monthly minimum?0 -
Pay it off in full each month if you can. Why not?
You might get into a good habit like living within your means ...
