I am not used to dealing with solicitors and was genuinely seeking some help to get the money that I am entitled to.0 -
I have sent the solicitor a strong email today and she rang the insurers. They claimed that they thought I had been paid but they were confusing it with my solicitors fees.
My solicitor has put them on 7 days notice and claimed interest. Is there anything else she can do. Can I insist on an immediate BACS payment into MY account with faxed confirmation?0
