Where can I get replacement Keys to PVC Double Glazed windows locks

We have the handle type locks that click into place, but the last key (a tiny and very simple looking one) broke!
Where can I get replacements? I would have thought they are fairly standard but the locks don't have any brand name.
BTW I googled and all I got was Windows Key - as in MS operating system! :rotfl:

You should phone the company who fitted the windows and ask if they have any?(If they were fitted whilst you've stayed there)? If not, maybe they could tell you where to get them. xx0/2013

If one of the handles is unlocked and you can get to the screws under the plastic plugs and remove the handle the makers name is sometimes embossed on the back. If you have both pieces of the broken key you can get a new one made at a locksmiths.
If there is no name and you can remove the handle take it to a local locksmiths shop they should be able to make you a key. If the doors in the house are made by the same people as the windows there may be a sticker on the top of the door with a contact number for service.
Do your neighbours have the same windows ? If they do they may have a key you can borrow ? Look at friends and relatives windows , someone might have the same type of locks.
Sometimes you can use a dentist type mirror to see behind the handle , there may be letters like WMS and a number , you can then get a key through a locksmiths.
If not a good locksmith may have a selection of keys for you to try (They can also pick the locks easily but then you will have a large call out charge) or if all else fails you can replace just the handles through a glazing company.0 -
the lock on the handle can be forced with a flat screw driver then replace the handles if you cant get keys.there is usually one screw under a plastic cap and the other is behind the handleif you think peoples advice is helpfull please take the time to clicking the thank you button it gives great satisfaction0
