MNBA - BMI and nice free Ride

One fine day I read about MBNA and thought thats good I give that a go, yes earn some airmiles, so I applied and got a card, after several months of spending and paying back and spending £5000+ I thought I would see if this really works so I tried to book a flight and behold, NO was the answer
now I begin to see how a commercial company makes profit, I thought I would earn Airmiles and earn a flight, no I wouldnt get a free flight because BMI actually earns money from the use of the card so its a good partnership

Well I thought "no" so I looked on other websites and found flights were available on the same dates and times with same airline - just not available to people who have EARNED air miles, now I smell a rat and it stinks so I called the company on thier 0870 number and asked why can you help and it was so convieniently diverted to India who so conveiniently had no anwers
So I called BMI and ive been told someone will call you back, how many times
have the Uk public been told that one (see below)

If flights are not available its obvious that people will loose out and they start to learn this when they try and use the airmiles they have earned by that time BMI have made a nice fat profit and THEY GET the free ride - and you dont

Someone from BMI customer services did call me back but the conversation went no-where the fact is BMI restricts flights but you have earned these airmiles by the
spending on the card and BMI are earning from you -so now what ?
A freind of mine also has a BMI card same problems you cant book the flights you want so now he doesent bother using it, in fact because of it he wont travel BMI, but to be fair BMI said you can book flights 11 months in advance,

Imagine walking into a high street shop buying something with the money youve earned and they say well you might get it, try booking a purchase you might get it in 11 months can you imagine it, I can imagine somethings happened to me
