I don't know if this is relevant on this forum but I need to get it off ny chest!
My partner and I have a joint account which we set up 3 years ago when we moved in together.
He recieved his new card and I didn't so I called and they said it had been sent out to my address so it shouldn't be long.
So, as it happened, a lady that I still keep in touch with that stayed in the flat below me 5 years ago called to say that I had mail arrived from the bank. Well, surprise surprise, it was my bank card for an account which has never been associated with that address.
We had problems with folk pinching mail from the building so I called them to ask why they were sending out my mail to an address which has nothing to do with my joint account nor has been anything to do with my other account in 5 years and they said they didn't know but basically 'oh well, nevermind.'
I am raging, it is blatant incompetence.

I've been calling them a bit recently and I find that each time I call or each different branch I go into they tell me something different!!
That's my "mini-rant" over :-)You're spelling is effecting me so much. Im trying not to be phased by it but your all making me loose my mind on mass!! My head is loosing it's hair. I'm going to take myself off the electoral role like I should of done ages ago and move to the Caribean. I already brought my plane ticket, all be it a refundable 1.0
