Yes you can you can also use the http://www.0800buster.co.uk/ if you have minutes from your mobile

Oh, and does anyone know the cost of calling UK 0800 numbers from other Countries in Europe (Spain). Is it the same as a standard UK call?

Using Skype you can call any countries free phone numbers from any country. I often phone BT's Indian office from Thailand using Skype, cost - nothing. Goodness knows how far the call actually travels.
