It is not a fixed price deal, just 2% less than standard rates so when they go up as they will so will your rate !

I don't believe SE are offering any fixed capped tariff.
Their Fixed Discount 2010 tariff only provides 2% off whatever their standard tariff. ie. when prices go up within next few weeks, then one would continue to receive 2% off the new higher prices.0 -
