Ah, mine was tankini style anyway. Felt like I'd actually lost some weight while away, or at least toned up with all the walking/ rucksack carrying, but actually put on a couple of pounds.. er, it's all muscle, honest

I need a great big kick up the butt to get exercising again...

Me too, except I havent excercised in a long time I went to an aerobics bodyblast class for a while but I got bored and the instructor had an arsse and thighs like a prize horse so I was a bit worried that it may have had the same affect on me, I want to be toned and sleek, not look like Sea Biscuit.

I love walking but OH will only join me if its not "too cold" which means from September to about June is out for him:rolleyes:
