I really dont think that we saw the best of the country really. 7 visits to Disney parks/waterparks, Kennedy Space centre (Total Snore as the boys put it) and Bush Gardens where somehow the kids convinced me to get on this:

I actually thought I was going to die while I was on there from a stroke/heart attack.

Would live to go back and see the "Real" Florida.

OMG Louise you are MAD...there is no way on this earth you would get me on there

Will definately go back in a few years time but just the four of us next time I think. Extremely hot and totally hectic theme park wise but the boys had the time of their lives.

    How did your hols go?

Good stuff! Mine were hot and hectic too but great.

That ride thing is stupidly scary

I did all of the same in february, I'm still recovering :rotfl: Hubby and I did leave my 17yr old babysitting though on monday nights so we could go for the disney extra hours to Disney Studios, just so we could do tower of terror over and over again :D

It just happened so quickly, I didnt have chance to have a good look at it from the ground and then I was in the queue, then strapped into a chair when the floor fell out from under me and I was hurled off the edge of a sheer drop, followed by what seemed like 15 mins of upside downs spinning round bends and loops until I suddenly realised that it was over and I somehow was still alive.

    Oh what Fun!

I loved the tower of Terror and the late night lazer/firework show in the sudios by the lake made me almost cry.

Did you get to all the places on your itinerary? Your holiday sounded much more like my kind of thing. And most importantly, did the bikini get a showing?

Yeah that was awesome, although the night we saw it, it was chucking it down which sort of spoiled the effect :D Mostly we had perfect weather, about 25 degrees during the day, so lovely for walking around. But we had some amazing storms at night too.
