    cheers

Here it is, not my recipe, got it from the grocery challenge. They are yummy! I just replace the 4oz choc chips with 4oz M&Ms. Could use whatever you want though, i'm going to try toffee/pecan when i get round to it:D

Hi mumoffour77 was going to do it online... the price is now £8.18 for the set which includes: 1 fitted sheet, 1 flat sheet and 4 pillow cases (plus the £7.99 p&p)?

Eager learner - Try TK Maxx if you have one - similar price once you take postage into account and you can at least feel the quality - mine were reduced from £100 to £20, and well worth the money. My parents have bought various things via bidup and have been happy with it.

They do - although it sounds ambiguous in terms of opening the pack? 6 mins to go... £8.09... am I mad tp even consider them!?

"We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with your product, you can return it within 14 days of delivery.

Please note, with the exception of faulty merchandise, we cannot accept the return of items that have been opened or used, eg. pierced jewellery, cosmetics, CD's, DVD's, tapes or other recording media, software or videos if their seal is broken. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Where possible we will attempt to provide an exchange, however, as each auction is for a limited quantity of products this may not always be possible. In this instance a refund will be processed.

Refunds and exchanges will usually be processed within 14 days of our warehouse receiving the returned goods."

There's a TKMaxx in town so will give them a go and see what I can find maybe...

  • Well I have emptied the dishwasher... can't put any washing on though as it keeps raining and we only have one airer - and lodger has put a load of his clothes in so it will be taken up for the next day or so. Could do with a washer dryer really but our landlord has just bought next door as well, and needs a washing machine for in there so I could possibly persuade him to put our one in and pay the difference on a washer dryer so that we get one. With an autumn baby and planning on using cloth nappies at least part time I think it will be worth it.

I had to wash up a milk pan to make myself some scrambled eggs for lunch. He has managed to fit every saucepan and frying pan we own in that sink and I don't like them made in the microwave (Ours is 1000 watts and I can't get the hang of it at all! Luckily we have a spare 900 watt one which seems to work to most instructions of 800w without exploding things. Why don't they make microwaves to normal specs any more?) - in fact I think I will go and swap the microwaves over now, unless they prove too heavy, I will get told off when DF comes home. :rotfl:

It does seem to have dried up now but I'm not sure I trust it long enough to put washing outside. Perhaps I ought to at least push the hoover round instead...

Edit: Oh dear, I don't think I could lift the big 1000w microwave even if I wasn't being careful of not straining myself! Will have to wait until someone else gets home then.
I don't believe and I never did that two wrongs make a right
