I am writing to say Forrest Furnishing is the best customer service round. I purchased a leather suite last year my guarantee was up in May this year. Just after this the leather looked as if it was peeling on both of my recliners , the setee itself was fine. As it was out of guarantee i did not know what to do. After many people telling me to call Forrest to ask them if they could help at all or offer any advice. They took my deatils sent someone out who then sent out a leather doctor. The ending being the parts required for the Leather doctor to fix it was not available so they told me to come in and pick another suite to the same value of my old suite.
Is this not just wonderful service I have written to them telling them they are wonderful. It snice to be told well done. So Forrest Furnishing Glasgow WELL DONE !!!
