I have Outlook on my desktop for while at home, but need to dial in and get my mails when away from home onto my Desktop. I have managed this in an unsatisfactory way exporting the files. Is there anyway I can set it up, that I synchronise them before I go away and then use the laptop, and then it synchronises them again when I link the laptop back onto the network?

Why not use IMAP instead of POP3?
This stores your emails online instead of on one computer. A bit like hotmail/gmail etc.
You still use outlook but your emails are synchronised to both computers. This will not sync your calendar but you could use a feature like google calendar for that.0 -
While away I will be on dialup:eek: , so it is easier to download, and then manage off line.
By the way it is Outlook 2003 and Vista:D
Thanks
