I have just sent an email to several addresses all at the same domain. I have my own domain name with 1&1 and the SMTP server I use is its own (auth.smtp.oneandone.co.uk).
I have never had this problem before, but one address at the receiver's domain bounces:
Can anyone explain to me what the problem is?

SMTP error from remote server after RCPT command:
host <mailhost.receiversdomain.uk>[<receiving mailhost's IP>]:
501 5.7.1 This system is not configured to relay mail (r) from <my address> to <receiver's address> for 212.227.126.186
