I have been told to have the above program to load my drivers. i came accros lots of people having problems can anyone shead any light

There's the Microsoft Windows Installer that uses .msi files to install software applications, and sometimes with drivers for hardware devices.0

Yes but I'd find it hard to believe that the computer would not already have this installed to install something as basic as a driver.

I have the problem that my laptop requires it's wireless connection set and the eather net as it is showing unable to use inthe device system menu. I thought before i would up date my drivers to see if this is the problem. I cannot get the wireless light to glow even0
