many people have said that virgin are accepting the amazon bundle. However, if the worst comes to the worst amazon have an Xmas returns policy until 31st January 2005...as long as you don't open the box.

Think Virgin might be slowing down a bit with the refunds now.

My Amazon cube arrived this morning, copy of dispatch note emailed to Virgin this afternoon and no reply yet.

Big difference from the early days where the refund was sorted in around an hour. :-/

Aliasojo, have you rung them? Might be worth it just to "confirm receipt" and prompt them into dealing with it...just as they seem to have been so prompt dealing with others.

I haven't got around to sending mine off to them yet, must do it tomorrow!!
