Muckell...I'm afraid its nothing new. Tescos told many people this on the phone yesterday. They have said that they will send out an email in the next few days informing customer of the situation. Afterall, they can't start to offer £35 gamecube's out until they know how many they can get.

i've just got the same email as you guys about being credited the £52 as my amazon gamecube turned up this morning and the first thing that got done was a scan of the invoice and a reply to the virgin email.

the message about the £52 was sent back to me in less than an hour.

now thats good service

Hi all,

I went for the Amazon GC bundle, received it today and gave the details to Virgin. They emailed to confirm £53.99 had been sent to my account.

Do Woolworths ever answer emails on this topic? They've never contacted me and haven't replied to emails either. Is this the same with others?

My server sent me a message today that my email to them was delayed and had not yet reached Woolies customer services after about 24 hours.

I agree with s/grinder. I have noiminated Rattla - but only because of reson 2 (see quote beloew). I think the truly best post this month was the 65% off for empire?? store, but I think ther lad/lass who posted it got some gear so they are already well up - share the wealth!!
