    Just a quick question....what is it that virgin require as proof of ordering from somewhere else? Is it an email confirmation of ordering at amazon? Surely we could then cancel this order and just make ourselves a tidy 52 quid for nothing? ???
  • I'm note sure what the state of play is with Woolies? Been into my local store they have one for £89.99 on the shelf, should they honour the £34.99 pricing error?

    You need a despatch email but there`s no reason to stop you sending it back for a refund after you have got it though ? is there?

    It says that they need a 'printed despatch note', so whether an emailed one is good enough is questionable. Hopefully it will, but if it is not a scanned image of the printed invoice that you get when you receive the goods should be good enough.

  • Sorry if this has already been asked but has anyone heard from Tesco - as in, will they offer the same deal as Virgin has offered? thought I'd ask here first incase someone else has already tried it and was told 'no hope'

    Starting to wish I'd ordered from Virgin instead of Tesco now but I was a bit wary coz there was no pic on their site so I didn't think they'd honour any deal!!

    I can confirm that we have now refunded £53.99 back onto your Visa Delta.
    Please allow for 1-2 working days for your bank to process this. Please
    bear in mind that we requested that you send us a copy of the printed
    dispatch note included with your order. We would appreciate it if you could
    also scan & e-mail, fax or post a copy of this to us upon receipt of your
    order from Amazon.
