    Payment and Delivery:

    Information on delivery time scales;
If the product is listed as Available to dispatch within 24 hours it means
that we have multiple copies available in our warehouse and we can dispatch
    these within 24 hours.
If the product is listed as Available to dispatch within 48 hours it means
that we have 1 or 2 copies available in our warehouse and we can dispatch
these within 48 hours (although it is nearly always within 24 hours).
If the product is listed as Available to dispatch within 7-14 days it means
that we have no copies available in our warehouse and we will have to order
the item from our suppliers. This can take as little as 2 days but it
depends on the stock situation at the supplier, this is out of our control.
Once these items are in stock at our warehouse we will dispatch them within
    24 hours.
Payment for your order is taken upon placement of the order.

    Your Right to Cancel:

At Virgin Megastores On-line we want you to be delighted every time you
shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items.

Read more about our Returns Policy at: http://www.virgin.com/megastores/uk

Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right
to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of these items within 7
working days of delivery. This applies to all of our products. However, we
regret that we cannot accept cancellations of contracts for the purchase of
video, DVD, audio, video games and software products where the item has
    been unsealed.

To cancel this contract, please fill out the back of the delivery note that
accompanies your item(s), giving the reason for the return as "Unwanted
item". Please package the relevant item securely, ideally reusing the
original box the order came in, and send it to us with the delivery note so
that we receive it within 7 working days of the date that the item was
delivered to you. Please use the freepost address label on the delivery
    note included in the box.

As soon as we receive notice of an order cancellation we will refund the
    purchase price for the item(s).

As they are all the same:

"As a leading wholesale distributor, supplying approximately one-quarter of the UK’s home entertainment products, Entertainment UK was quick to see the opportunities that this new retail channel could bring to its business. In 1999, it established Entertainment UK Direct (EUK Direct) as its home delivery arm to provide order fulfilment for many familiar online brands, which now include Virgin’s V.Shop, Woolworths, and Tesco.com. EUK Direct is known as a ‘blind supplier’ which means that as far as consumers are concerned, the entire process, from placing the order online to the arrival of the goods, is handled within the brand of the Web site they are buying from. As EUK Direct is sent the orders it initiates the process of picking, packing, and despatching of items from its warehouse. "

I will be most unhappy if anyone does get one from tesco's!! >:( :) >:(

  • If you look at Entertainmen UKs (https://www.entuk.co.uk) site it doesnt mention Virgin at all:-

Entertainment UK is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Woolworths Group PLC which specialises in delivering a range of entertainment, home and family products, through its retail, distribution and publishing arms.

Woolworths Group plc consists of the retail chains Woolworths, MVC, the entertainment e-tailers Streets Online and MVC Online, the audiovisual publishing group VCI and the UK’s largest distributor of entertainment products - Entertainment UK.

    History

Entertainment UK is the UK's largest wholesale distributor of home entertainment products, supplying many of Britain's best known retailers with nearly a quarter of the UK music and video industry's entire output. With a unique ability to unite the interests of suppliers and retailers, it makes it attractive, simple and profitable for them to do business together.

Founded in 1966 as Record Merchandisers Limited, the company achieved rapid growth to become the largest wholesale distributor in the UK.

Following Record Merchandisers' Limited rebirth as Entertainment UK in 1988, the company has concentrated on building the systems to become entirely responsive to the commercial and operational needs of individual customers and suppliers.

Entertainment UK's clients include Tesco, Woolworths, WHSmith, MVC, Safeway, Comet and Waitrose.

Entertainment UK invests substantially in both technology and staff development, reflecting a firm commitment to growth through quality and efficiency. The result is a dynamic blend of services, adding value for customers and suppliers alike.

Entertainment UK continues to grow and last year its turnover was over £1 billion.
