            getting a CC and paying it off in full can be useful for building your credit file as long as hyou are responsible with it then theres no harm in getting one

            Thanks for all the advice! I think im going to try and find a current account with a small overdraft (£100) so if my wages go in late or there is a problem i won't get charged for my DDs going out (phone bill etc.), i was also thinking of a cc with a small limit, and to use this for online purchases only, which will stay at my desk and not be taken out with me, this will allow me to make small purchases and pay them off every month, thus should build a credit rating and give me added protection when buying offiline eg. amazon. Am i correct in thinking this?0
