VAX MACH f (or others)

This vacuum cleaner is the absolute PITS. If you attempt to use the hose attachment the whole thing falls over- suddenly-heavily -& with maximum damage.
Having fallen over for the 2nd time & smashed an ornament on the fireside, I emiled the manafacturer. They of course have not bothered to reply.

It has since fallen over & hurt the dog who had sneaked in behind me. The only way it can be used is for someone to hold the main vacuum while someone else vacuums, not ideal?

I have called them today & the person at VAX admitted it was a fault & they knew about it, she had one just the same?????????

DONT BUY ONE!!!!
