Although you can request a read receipt, that won't guarantee you'll always receive one because the options in Outlook / Outlook Express also allow users to select 'Never send a read receipt'.

    I am using Outlook.
Is there a way I can request receipt for all messages instead of requesting for each message?

I'm sorry, I'm using Outlook Express, but hopefully you should have something similar to this in the Outlook menus ...

Tools > Options > Receipts > and a tick box for 'Request a read receipt for all sent messages'

Outlook, Tools, Options, E-Mail Options, Tracking Options, Request a Read Receipt for all messages I send.
