MS Outlook Treating MSE emails as spam

I am using MS outlook at my email program but the MSE emails are being treated as spam and are automatically being delivered to the junk folder even though my email filter setting is set to low.

I know you can override this setting in outlook but I wonder how many other people do not realize this is happening.
