Mac finance software

Hi all. I'm thinking of getting a piece of finance software. I've never used anything before. I think it would be useful if it could link up to my bank accounts and auto-download statements etc so that it would be easier for me to keep track of things over long periods of time and all together in one place rather than in the various online sites I use at the moment. The software I have read about seem mostly to do too much (eg Quicken, Money) - I don't have any shares or stocks to track.
So, two questions.
1. Is there any Mac software anyone knows which will do what I need?
2. Should I be doing more/different things with my financial software?
Many thanks for your advice!
PS, I read about Squirrel, which won a design award and seems to be cheap, but can't work out if it will work/be useful in the UK, so if anyone knew about that, that would be helpful too!
