How long does it normally take for money to transfer to one bank account to another if I set up a standing order?
I want to move a certain about from my bank account to our joint account for all of the bills.

i think its about 3 days. I know this is how long it takes for it to reach the people i pay0

if the two accounts are with the same bank then its usually instantaneous
if they are with different banks then it used to take about 3 working days
but we are supposed to have faster clearing now so between some banks it only takes an hour or so..
why not just try out a transfer and see?0
