LOL I know. We have both been here far too long! I think that once I am discharged I may try and get a life!:rotfl:

NO!! You can't do that. To many people out there still need the knowledge and support you, Dalip, Fermi, Richard, DD etc have to pass on, and give so freely.:A

I would post more if I could, but for some reason my work PC always tells me my post is to short even when it is a mini novel!?!?!?

    No PC at home.

I am with my children for the weekend, hence accesss to a PC. I would love to give loads more help and support to other posters that need info like I did back then. After all, this is is where I got the info I desperately needed to help do the deed.

But the work PC lets me down. And I spend a lot of time at work as a slave to the £.:rotfl:

But finito, I am turning into a bad mother! Social services would still deem it neglect that I am on the pc and not looking after the kids! Been here for ages but AD is not until Feb09, so plenty of time! May be out of action in Dec when baby comes though, but I think thats an acceptable allowance!

    Hi Anne,

I have to say that I have seen this wording from CCCS before and im not comfortable with it.

The benefit system ( whether working or not ) should leave enough for some one to meet their basic costs.

I see people in your position very often, and having those deductions is difficult but absolutely NO reason to deny your BR.

I do think you need to go to your local CAB however difficult that may be .

I would suggest you need to fill out an N244 to vary your rent arrears down to £ 3.00 and to stop paying the £5 per week towards the CSA arrears.

Also you may well need to delay your BR until your overpayments have been decided, otherwise they will survive your discharge from BR.
