hi all

trying to connect upstairs pc to internet with usb wireless dongle

stays connected for a while then loses signal and says ' card unplugged '

any ideas why?

P.S other pc upstairs works fine

Have you tried a different usb port?

Have you tried switching it off and then on again?

It always works when my IT department tell me to do it!!

hi all

tried all usb ports and an extension

turned it off an on again a million times

reinstalled it a million times

swore at it once or twice

says it been disabled?

if i set windows to reconfigure it it will work for a while but then goes off again!!

yes a different dongle
