I am about the buy the compaq a935 laptop and it has an Intel Graphics Media accelerator, i looked this up on wikipedia and there are lots of different types such as GMA 900, GMA 950, GMA 3000 etc and i wanted to know which one was inside this laptop. I know it is not a good graphics card but i have tried it at my dads house and it can play runescape high screen in full screen, does anyone know if it can play world of warcraft, sims 2 (sims 3 when it comes out and go on second life?

look in the hardware settings as to exactly what graphics chip is inside the laptop.......then google it
read what is says on the box of the games as to whether your graphics card can play that game (experience tells me that most laptops of the cheap kind can play older games but very rarely new games)
Saying that though you can turn down the detail in a game so it runs smoother (but looks crap)If you find yourself in a fair fight, then you have failed to plan properly
I've only ever been wrong once! and that was when I thought I was wrong but I was right0
