Can anyone help me with this problem? I have an AVC777 16 channnel DVT cctv recorder, and the power supply has gone T*ts up. The power supply is made by Leadman POWMAX model KY05072. the end that connects to the DVR is a multi pin affair a bit like the connector on a computer keyboard or mouse (before usb), Does any one know where I can get one of these power supplys, I have trolled the tinternet and found possible sources but wont know until monday if they can still be got. The DVR is less than 2 years old.

Have sent an email but not hopeful as it has to go to Taiwan, doesn't seem to be a UK office. But hey nothing ventured nothing gained.0

Does the box part of the power supply mention what the voltage / current requirements are?
Looks like you might have to find a small electronics shop to fix this up / make up a new one.
It can be done, but expect to pay for the privelege!Russia is HERE0 -
Or this place:

I'd do some serious investigating of the company first though, to make sure they're:
1. Definately in possession of the product, and not just advertising the products of others
2. Able to deliver to UK
3. Safe with your details.
Be aware that it looks like they're wholesale re-sellers too, but you could always ask if they'll ship one.Russia is HERE0 -
Another source, closer to home:
http://www.gx-security.co.uk/tech-ake551psu-channel-power-supply-p-941.html?manufacturers_id=36
But it's pricey, and might not be the right type. Again, I'd ask for a compatibility confirmation from the supplier.Russia is HERE0 -
