The booklets we get in Scotland are 2 x 6inch meals for £4.99 rather than £5.99. Most of the one's I go to dont even take the coupons off you, just show them it and re-use as often as you want.

Make your sandwiches up in the morning from stuff you buy from regular shops and keep in the fridge. You will know what it is you're eating, you will save money, and won't die of salmonella and excess salt and fat unless you choose to poison yourself.

People who spend £3.49 for a bun with filling and an extra pound on a can of juice don't deserve to be called moneysavers. I bet the people who open up Subway franchises make up their own sandwiches.

The stourbridge shop have always been funny about vouchers... i think the franchise owner doesn't like vouchers as they harm his takings (not refunded by head office i assume)

If it's not high in salt then it'll be high in fat was the messsage from looking at all the major sandwich sellers across the country. Then there's the reconstructed meat, which is meat from useless pieces of an animal like the snot or tail. They smash it up, add a few chemicals, pack it back together then called it "reconstructed" ham.
