Can't access my credit report

Right

I am trying to look for a 0% deal on a CC to do a balance transfer from one of my higher rate cards (to pay it of quicker), I had a couple of late payments late last year but since then never missed a payment, no defualts, ccj's or anything like that, we moved house in March, new mortgage etc, no further applications for any credit since I applied for mortgage in Dec 07

I applied for cap one 0% card a couple of weeks ago but they sent me application for the 24% apr one instead which I ripped up and threw in the bin, now I can't get to see my report because I used up the free trial towards the end of last year and now it asks me to pay, when I try to put my details in to pay to access it, it doesn't go through (there is enough money in my accounts!) it doesn't say its declined or anything it just doesn't take me through to my report

can anyone help?, I'm not sure why I am still being refused credit so want to check my report

All but 2 of Capital One's cards require an "excellent credit rating", as defined by them on their website. Maybe that's why you were declined your first choice card.

Why do you want to pay (a small fortune) for an online version of your credit report? A hard copy statutory report costs only £2 and will be with you in a week.

They take a few minutes to order online and arrive by post within 4-7 days.
For help, see the *How to obtain credit reports* sticky at the top of this board ;)
