car pulling when breaking

When I brake coming down a hill the car seems to pull, usually left but sometimes it feels a little alover the place! I have sent df out in it and he can't see anything wrong so it is probably my driving! As some of you know it is a new car soif it is a prob i need to get it back in asap..
Could it be the tracking on the wheels? would this affect it? it is a far heavier car to drive from my old one and having only driven 2 of the same car since passing my test it may be normal..
Thanks

check both tyres are pumped up to what they should be

otherwise it would be worn down brakes, partialy siezed caliper , or the discs might just be a bit rusty from being stood around
