We will need a new kitchen soon (after extension work). Saw the kitchen direct people in a shopping centre and left my phone number... Just wanted to know if they are worth talking to before they harrass me trying to sell me a kitchen (a bit late I know !)

Thanks.
I did a search but didn't see these one... and find that generally it quicker to ask than read 100 irrelevant posts!

Sorry, I didn't mean my comment to be rude, just thinking aloud...The IVF worked;DS born 2006.0 -
If you do give them your details, expect a phone call every week for the rest of your life.0

My mother used them. It took 11 months to sort out the snagging items. Tbh they weren't a total diaster but they certainly weren't good, After zillions of phone calls on behalf of my mother - I'd never use them or recommend them.0

My parents used them......................didn't say anything to us at all until it was installed. They used them because they gave them a "free" dishwasher.......................................!. They would have got a much better and nicer kitchen from B&Q instead of the green  one they were sold and installed. The fitter was good - apparently  - took all their mahogany units away "free of charge" M&D said. Course he would because there wasn't anything at all wrong with them. They were really nice solid wood units.
Parents? don't you just wish they'd ask first  .
Anyway my answer would be NO don't use them. HTH

never give them your phone number! I gave mine and organised a visit. Their salesman was so rude that I showed him the door. As we were midway though refurb work, he couldnt sit and spend 4 hours wearing us down with sales chatter. but hey thats life when you are doing refurb work.
they use an autmatic dial system. one saturday, we had 10 calls from them with no one on the other end. they rang continously, until I wrote to the managing director and invited him to stop. no point telling the smuck on the phone as they cant access the numbers.
objectively, they are expensive and poor value for money.
I would not buy from these cowboys ever."enough is a feast"...old Buddist proverb0 -
Hi there
I gave them my details, but when they called up I told them that none of their range suited my tastes and never heard from them again.
If you can find a kitchen fitter, I would strongly recommend https://www.alarisavenue.co.uk - they are a direct seller of kitchens operating from Scotland. But they send samples in the post, and have a design team to design your kitchen ... and then they deliver to your door on a specified day pre-assembled units. They also provide appliances, sinks, worktops etc.
We got our kitchen from them, and have never regretted it. REAL Cherry Wood, modern style, colour-matched carcasses and a great design.CarQuake / Ergo Digital0 -
I'm looking for a kitchen company which fit it for you as well and provide appliances too. Do any of these exist on a National level?2008 Comping ChallengeWon so far - £3010 Needed - £230Debt free since Oct 20040

when i got my kitchen fitted i found the fitters by chance.. was driving by a house and saw a van outside with the name of the company on the side.. left it till they had finished the job went to the house and asked the people inside if they likes what they got and how was the company they were thrilled abt everything and i got them round for a quote and they fitted everything i wanted and at half the price of the diy stores..Those we love don't go away,They walk beside us every day,Unseen, unheard, but always near,
Still loved, still missed and very dear
Our thoughts are ever with you,Though you have passed away. And those who loved you dearly,
Are thinking of you today.0
