I don't understand what's going on with this, cos I've just checked again, and when you get to the checkout, I'm still getting "Estimated dispatch date for this item: 29 Nov 2005".

Ordered yesterday and have just had an email from Amazon to say my order has been despatched. Thought it wasn't out yet but great news. Can't wait to see it

As Martin posted on one of the other threads (sorry, I can't remember which one), if you've ordered it through the link he's given you will get it early, despite what it says in your email as the dispatch date

Loved the last book, it stays under my bed and I still refer back to it even now!

Can't wait to set eyes on this edition. I'm ordering it myself and might ask for it as a birthday present from my little boy! MSE has taught me many things!

Just got a reply back from Amazon about the delivery dates:

Please accept our sincere apologies for this apparent mix-up. Due to
a technical error, the estimated date that is shown in Your Account
for the order (#blah blah blah) is incorrect.

We can confirm that it was sent from our Fulfilment Centre via
Parcelnet on November 04, 2005 to the following address:

As listed on the website, we estimate a delivery time of 3-5 business
days for these packages.

Please note that we take full responsibility should any item become
lost or damaged while being delivered, and we are more than happy to

I have just ordered a copy to. I bought the first one off ebay after buying a link to this site for 99p. I think its wrong that people are making money out of a free site by selling the info on ebay but i have to say its the best 99p ive ever spent.
Thanks to martin and everyone else on here, my 3 chilldren and i are getting a better quality of life on a very small income Thank you all so much.
For the first in a long time im not dreading the thought of xmas.
