Mm, basically; my internet connection is resetting itself whenever it's inactive. Currently the only way around this is to have something that makes a constant connection, i.e. MSN messenger. It's ridiculous, extends the time spent on simple tasks, and is STUPIDLY annoying.
-AOL, Silver I think it was when the contract was signed, that's 1MB down, 1/4 MB up.
-BT Voyager 205 ADSL modem > Netgear (ex-blueyonder) router, with wireless > computer.
Any advice, or do I need my line checked?

I'd first speak to AOL and ask them about it they should be able to run through some stuff with you to find out if its the modem.
If it is they should provide you with another for free and compensate you for the problems.0
