Do they still sell dye syringes for paint???

Last week I bought some emulsion and I was sure the colour was right however it is a shade or 2 too light what can I do. DH thinks it's fine but it's not quite right now it's on the wall. I don't want to go to the expense of buying more, already used some, but wondered if I can still get hold of the dye syringes that there used to be around. The paint is vinyl silk in a pale putty colour so if I can get a dye what colour will I need? I wondered about brown? but not convinced that I'm right. Or could I buy a matchpot of the darkest shade in the pallette I have chosen and put the 2 together. The paint is for 2 walls in the kitchen and the other 2 walls are toffee apple red.
