Open file security warning window 'soundman.exe'

I just had to install realtek audio drivers as I had no audio codecs installed and speakers were not working. They are working now but as soon as I start the pc I get this pop up window saying

open file security warning

soundman.exe
unknown publisher
application file
c\windows

the publisher cannot be verified are you sure you want to ruin this software?

RUN or CANCEL then a tickbox to say always ask before opening this file

soundman.exe is the volume control icon for the speakers that appears on the bottom right of the screen

Thanx I stopped it by disabling it in start up programs
