    I dont have an account with them as yet ? I filled the form in but never received an email to say about username/password details. I've just emailed them using the Contact form on their website and asked for an update.

    I finally got a reply on Friday saying they were taking on new clients and to apply through the website.
    I replied saying I had already replied and emailed them twice about my application since I replied. - No answer as yet.
    I emailed them this morning with the same questions - No answer

    What a blooming AWFUL way to run a website and a business. I applied on the 16 december and am still waiting to hear if its approved or not.
