Thanks Jenna, I tried promotional code first and then tried gift voucher when it wouldn't work but it didn't have enough digits to be used as a gift voucher.
So the code is unused if you ever need to use it.

Maybe Jenn accidently passed you the heinz claim code instead of the play code as there is two codes in an email. When I did my smaller order, i kept adding the heinz claim code which wouldnt worked before I realised it was the wrong one hehe. x0
