Hi guys,
Amy - your idea for your furture home sounds really good, i like that idea.
It won't be too long before you get your home, time will fly by.

Yeah i thought ladybird but its a bit tame for us-we usually come up with some really strange ideas-last year we spent all year getting toy cats from charity shops and bootfairs-tied them all over the car and went as james Bond-!!!!! Galore :-)0

Yeah it does, but then so many people have been allowed to get right through to putting in an offer, it being accepted and just waiting for the housing association to ok the house and release funds, when they are then strung along for ages, and eventually told that no funds are available.
Apparantly funds are available between April and September during the year, and if you dont get in quick then you can kiss your house goodbye.
And also loads of stories about the housing association kicking up a fuss for things like decorating etc. As the house isnt yours, its still like you're renting. They are also trying to push new builds on people rather than old houses. Which i dont want.
I will obviosuly wait until nearer the time, but at the moment, i think its looking like it will be at least 3-4 years before i can get on the housing ladder. :rolleyes:Debt: just my mortgage0
