  • Jen I can't believe that only a couple of months ago you were paying off your debt. Now you're doing so well with saving!

    I'm gonna set myself a target for 2009 as well... just don't want to be too overambitious as with not working, it's hard to keep thinking of moneymaking schemes. I rely on comping too much but so far I've been lucky.

    i need to get back into comping i was really lucky when i did it!!

    Yeah i can't belive it either i got debt free in september. I have started writting down where all the extra money is coming from becuase it is so hard to remember!

    would like to pay off my debt by next Xmas but that's £534 a month!!! Perhaps not LOL

    I tried to join in the daily chat thread again today but they ignored me!!

    I am going to aim for £5K how exciting!! i am going to change my signature on 1st Jan to 0/5,000!! i am going to count my rent money that i will have as i get 2 weeks rent free so that will give me a good start!! how exciting.

    It is a huge target though i am going to have to work hard for it!

    They sound like a right bunch of miserable sods. Good luck with your new challenge!! Don't know whether to try to pay off mine in a year, it's a major challenge :-/

    why don;t you try and pay one of them off in a year? that would be good as you could then pay twice as much of the last debt once the first debt is gone if that makes sense!!#
