Yeah definitely less pressure with Qype.
I don't think so... I've been watching the MSE'rs group on there and noone has mentioned it. I think they're being sent out starting next week? I'm definitely buying something on amazon with them, then selling the items for cash as I don't think you're allowed to sell the evouchers on ebay anymore.0 -
I am going to buy a few xmas things and a lcd monitor from amazon sometime which is partly why i am back on dooyoo i ordered £10 from them last week i think the lcd monitor is about £80 and dd wants a few books so thats another £10 ish. i find it so hard to part with "real" cash!!
if i was you i would buy an iteddy from amazon for £39.99 they are selling on e bay for nearly £50 anyway!:j Proud mum to Jade age 10 years and Baby Ellie born Christmas Day:eek: with a broke heartProven to be a little fighter and battling on with her heart condition :j

Ooh fab. have you done most of your xmas shopping with dooyoo vouchers? your little one seems to be getting quite a lot
I dunno what I'd do without MSE - I'd be totally skint for a start! can't imagine life without all these freebies now.
Thanks for the tip about the iteddies. I was looking at some wii games that are £20 on amazon (tiger woods and a few others) - they sell for about £26 on ebay so I'd end up getting my moneyback after fees and stuff.0 -

I dread buying for my little sisters as they have everything. This year they got a laptop from my dad for their birthday (!!! they're spoilt and I don't know why becayse they're always in trouble), so for xmas they're not getting much, just a few stocking fillers. I'm just going to buy them something if/when they see it in the shops.
Can't believe how quickly xmas has come round... it's scary to think there's just a month left :eek:0 -

I am thinking about doing her voucher than entitle her to a swim, some cooking things like make cookies, bread, soup, cakes etc, and day trip vouchers which she can redeem via me!!:j Proud mum to Jade age 10 years and Baby Ellie born Christmas Day:eek: with a broke heart

Yeah that's a really good idea actually - probably better than buying loads of stuff that'll end up as clutter (I know that's what happens when my sisters get toys). Plus I think most kids enjoy stuff like activities rather than staying in. My sisters like craft stuff so if I get them anything, I think it'll be some card & other bits and bobs for their craft box. At least it gets used as they make loads of cards for relatives.0

Afternoon everyone
,
I went to Falmouth on Sunday, it was awful as I had to get up at 4.45 on my day off and ended up spending 13 hours in the car. I wasn't in the best mood on Monday as I was so tired, but I finally won £5 on the scratchcards on Tuesday (my sister won another £5 on Sunday, damn her), and I've sold a few bits of jewellery so I irritatingly have £47.50 in paypal.
I've decided I'm going to stash my sisters scratchcard money away in a savings account for her and use it to pay a chunk off of her overdraft when she graduates as hemorrhages money & I know she'll fritter it away on rubbish otherwise.
Have you thought of making up a hamper for your daughter Jen? There is a thread on here where I've seen people make up some really nice baking themed ones. If there is a wilkinsons near you you can find a cheap baking tray, wooden spoons are about 30p and cake decorating bits & plastic bowls are equally cheap. It's just an idea, but it's amazing what you can do with some cellophane and a bit of ribbon.
