panic over they were very very helpful i can pay cheques in throught the post office and i can use any cash points so i think i will go with them after all if i have problems i can change banks agian sometime!

Yeah you will have paying in slips in the back of your cheque book-you fill in one of them and take it to the p.o and they send it off for you. hopefully when they merge with abbey they will keep the abbey branches as i have one of them in my town :-)

yeah looks like it will be ok although with post offices vanishing i am not to sure wether it will work out. was the change over smooth mm? did you get cash back from quidco ok? i should get £50 cashback from quidco and £100 from a&l ? fingers crossed. i might take out £100 cash and keep somewhere incase i can't use my account

No problem with quidco,signed up for account in may and got paid in july!! trypical did it before the £100 a&l cashback though!. Everything went smoothly, took a while but they did everything.

oh that is good. i hope it goes smoothly i have been with loyyds tsb since i was 16 years old!! scary changing but lloyds never offered me £150!!

is there a master copy on here of a letter to cancel credit cards? or bank/ savings accounts? it is time to tie up some loose ends!!

No idea on the letters im afraid-sounds like your getting organised!! ive just finished cleaning-now im going to have some lunch im pigging starving!

i have defrosted the frezer and cleaned it out. i am in touch with a women on freecycle who has a sofa she is giving away might go for a look. i have a tesco credit card i want to cancel. few bits of paper work to do and of course a bit of comping!

depends on how much time i have i do as many as possible on here because the lovely guys on the board make it easy with the link answers etc! i have googled a few too
