The other girl knows how i am with sick! She started cleaning it up with no gloves!!!! Yuck! I shouted at her to stop and wait while i get her some! She put some on in the end. I went round spraying everything with bleach, door handles everything. I even poored milton over my hands when i had finished and i hadnt even touched the sick! The room had to be blocked out as it stinks so much. So ive gotta go in there again 2moz to make bed etc...i dont want to! I dont get paid enough an hour for this sort of dirty job! :( Just hope the bloke is ok, nobody saw him go from the room and he didnt check out, i think he must of gone out the window!!! Its a ground floor room and the windows open wide incase of fire.

Blimey Maria, that's not good! For you or the bloke.

Not sure I could do a cleaning job (I would obviously if I had to), but I have to clean enough poo and sick as a Duty Manager and I hate that lol. I can't clean sick without being sick myself though

I know gloves are a MUST!

I used to do a shop job during day then office cleaning in evening. I dont mind cleaning! Crazy i know!

But yes after today i want a new job more than ever!!! I have been doing this job for 5 years now!!! And ive just got stuck in a rut. I cant find any jobs offering more money per hour than what im on now and where you dont need qualifications. And im so worried about getting a new job incase nobody likes me! Then i would leave and have no job!

All i have qualifcations wise are RSA typing certifcates & food hygiene. and the normal 10 GCSE's. I didnt go college when i left school as like CL i was too nervous!

  • Back! Just washed and dried my hair so feel a bit better but still jittery.

I will definitely buy some Bach remedy. I have Boots vouchers and am going into town tomorrow, so will get it. I used to take 'Quiet Life' and it worked to start with, but now had no effect :S I don't drive but not sure valium would be any good - would I still be able to concentrate when taking it?

The root of my problem is social anxiety... I will do anything just to sit on my own and get on with things, I can never think of what to say. I know people are thinking I'm the class weirdo but to be honest my only aim for this year is to make it to the exams in April... and hopefully pass them!

Maria I don't know how you cope with your job, sounds like you had an awful day. Have you thought about going to college or is that not an option for you? You could always do an evening class at college and work full-time through the day. I think that if I can make it into college, then anyone can.

That's great about your win Jen. I'm going to send an email to see when my cheque is going to be arriving as I haven't heard anything yet, and it's been two weeks now.
  • Have you done Virgin Casino, Amy? £10 for a £5 wager. I did it on Topcashback.

Yey!! Glad your win is in your bank Jen.

I have just checked mine and I'm not as skint as first thought which is handy, and my £30 winnings has just gone in as well. Transferred straight to my savings account so i can then try and do a payment to my credit card when i get paid.

I hope i dont spend the full amount of £ I have saved for Alton towers, i shouldnt do, which will mean extra £ towards the CC.
