afternoon all
today i ahev done a fair bit of exercise took the dog for a 50min walk this morning then after lunch we went for a walk left my mums at 2pm got back at 4pm so 2 hours! i think nearly 3 hours walking is a good start.. the dog is asleep!! i did jog for a bit on my walk in the morning and i think that would be the best thing jogging. i might start at rosemary connely on thursday!! scary:j Proud mum to Jade age 10 years and Baby Ellie born Christmas Day:eek: with a broke heart

I found my exercise bike great when i lost a stone at the beginning of the year, i got a foldaway one from Amazon as my house is quite small but you can ride it and watch tv so don't have to go out in the cold
