We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.

Congrats on the pc lilmiss..at last yay!!!!
Ive just eaten a mahoosive roast dinner at my mums followed by pavlova and now ive got home and eaten a snickers bar...and i wonder why i'm putting on weight!!
Just weighed myself out my mums and i am 11 stone 5....and i'm only 5'4"
I'm turning into a weeble lol0 -
Ooh pavlova... I love pavlova. I love food in general a bit too much too, I put on about a stone last year but I lost it between christmas & new year, and it has stayed off (not honestly sure how, maybe because I drink less that I did).
I keep yawning, I'm quite tired as I didn't sleep very much last night because I'm worrying about this job tomorrow, and I'm awful with early mornings. I really hope I don't start shaking tomorrow. I started shaking the first time I went to the job centre... I think I have some issues...
I haven't braved asking my dad about the cc yet but I've decided to sell £40 of my argos vouchers to my mum so I can pay it off of the debt...the TV deals in argos aren't as good as those in other places anyway... When I get my surveys credited on valued opinions I'll get £10 M&S which I can also sell to my mum. I only need another two surveys before I can get £25 paypal through lightspeed so that is £75 off of the debt already. I think I'm going to make a bit over £1200 take home from this 6 week job, of which I think at least £800 will come off of the debt.... If that is the case I'll only be left with about £1000 of it on the car which would be great.

that will be a nice payment nikki- you will be fine when u get to your new job:-)
hope your pc buyer turns up soon lilmiss0 -
Hopefully I'll be alright, if I'm not I might go and ask the doctor for something to calm me down. I can't afford to be messing up interviews because I'm so nervous. I've just found a payment for £22.90 from homepage friends so that's about £100 off of the debt already which is great. Finally bought a homeStarting mortgage £289,500 31.01.19 - Current outstanding £192,586.98/CENTER]Overpayments since 27.03.19: £52,407.470

I feel for you, Nichelette. I hope it goes well for you.
I would really love to be working part-time before next year... problem is I'm such an anxious mess I don't think I'd make it to an interview, never mind do well! I've never had a job before, never been to an interview even, and the longer I leave it the more scary it becomes.0 -
Thanks CL, I hope it does too. I know that working can be really scary for people who don't have much confidence... It's a bit sad but I'm a completely different person when I drink confidence wise... I know everyone is but I really notice it because I'm so introverted when I'm sober, generally I'm a lot happier when drinking.
Working does have good elements though, I absolutely loved the people I used to work with and still see a lot of them. The job and pay weren't great so I can't go back there really (unless I get a job designing, which now I've thought of it might be a good idea), but the social side was really good. That's why I'm hoping that I'll meet some nice people tomorrow, I'm going to try and push myself to speak to people.
