Afternoon everyone
,
August was a bit of a write off for me for one reason or another. I did some stupid things, found out some things I didn't really want to (amongst other things mother has been back with the a*se she was having an affair with since last November, not impressed, even my dad knew), and somehow managed to spend £235 (what can I say, Bacardi is an expensive theropy...). A lot of that did go on petrol and food to be fair, but I'm not happy with it. Anyway, I've finally made my way over to here now, better late than never.
I'm glad I did it today, well done Jen!! It must feel amazing, I think I'll probably cry when I'm finally out of debt lol. I haven't read everything obviously but well done to everyone for their totals, and Amy for getting rid of her credit card. I've got rid of mine too
I did that this morning, I plan to wear it until I'm debt free to remind me not to spend money on rubbish I don't need. I know it isn't exactly the most attractive of bracelets but it serves a purpoe. I urge everyone to make their cards into bracelts lol.
Anyway, I'll keep popping in and out again like I used to now, my last job for today is to start my own diary on here so I can post my spending every day and make people tell me off for buying so much unnecessary food! I think it's a good idea as it's going to take me years to be properly debt free I imagine.
Oh, and before I go, this site http://www.ibootsale.co.uk seems to be quite good for selling low value items/junk. The only fees you pay at the moment are paypal ones. Anyway, I'm off to start that diary....

^That is brilliant - I want one! But I only have one credit card with a £250 limit and only use it for booking hotels/buying things from the US so can't chop it up. Hope you manage to get back on track this month xx0

Thanks
, once I get rid of my abbey overdraft I'm going to close the account and do the same with that card, I'm going to keep adding to it as I get rid of more debt... I can space the red between the blue for a bit of variety lol.
Anyway, my sister distracted me for a bit but I'm *really* off to start that diary now. Finally bought a homeStarting mortgage £289,500 31.01.19 - Current outstanding £192,586.98/CENTER]Overpayments since 27.03.19: £52,407.470 -
