wireless networking

got email from gadget shop for a wireless rouiter and usb thingy for £50. is this a good price for a kit like this?

would give a link but cant find it on their website.

    You'll have to elaborate more. Not necessarily.

    I personally don't like the USB wireless adapters if that's what you're talking about. They offer less stability and use up more system resources than an inbuilt PCI card. They often cost more too.

    In my opinion at the moment, the KCorp KLG-575 is a great buy at £36 (from Amazon). The cirumstances are a bit strange, the router has been discontinued and they no longer offer tech support. However, I have one and it's brilliant, no problems at all (unlike my Netgear!), it's also won numerous awards, such as winning the recent PC Pro wireless group test.
