Hi there I had the same problem withtabbing and the @ sign producing a " instead so I entered a " sign and it came up with an @!!

Works and printed myself off a voucher thanks

:TI gave up in the end because I think it is more to do with the setting. Used to have IE, now have firefox so don't think it's compatible.
Anyway I contacted E/Arden direct, sent them an email with the problem, they asked for my address and sent me the samples which I received the next day. So thanks to them but does anyone know if it works with either internet explorer and/or firefox?
I'm not very good with the internet as you can see.....

I managed to print off the voucher using Firefox - had to switch the @ symbol with " like most other people tho. The samples were still in stock at my nearest House of Fraser. Found the gel-like cream a little shiny and sticky, but feels nice on.
