same thing - whether I type @ or ' or " - or any other combination, it won't take my email address. really frustrating! :mad: . Anyone know a way around this problem?

:mad: cutting and pasting of email not working and - tab button to move to different fill-in boxes not working. thanks for advice anyway. I'll try later if anyone can find a way around this.

Took my voucher to Debenhams in Gloucester yesterday, but they were all out of these 'triple' samples and didn't know if they'd be getting any more in. So, being cheeky, I asked if they had any other 'freebies' instead, and ended up with a couple of different cream/lotion samples. Well done Debenhams!

I am STILL unable to get my email address accepted for the samples. I can only wonder if it is anything to do with the settings, whether it might need to be internet explorer, I have firefox? ANY SUGGESTIONS PLEASE................MARTIN PLEASE HELP!!! Or if anyone has managed, HOW did you do it and what setting is your computer.

Just printed off my voucher. Used " instead of @ and worked ok for me. I already use this stuff and it really is fantastic so well worth trying it if you never have before. The 8 hour cream itself is rather like vasaline and a bit too sticky for me, but the 8 hr Body cream is truly fantastic and can be used on your face too.

You have an American keyboard - or the website reads it as an American keyboard. A lot of our computers at school are like this, it is quite common for the two keys to be interchangeable.

My @ worked as an @.
